Certified monitoring, and proof for your insurer
Our monitoring runs through LANVAC Surveillance, a ULC AA Listed central station. ULC listing is the Canadian standard that insurers recognize for alarm monitoring stations.
Once you’re connected, we issue you a Monitoring Certificate with your name and address. Send it to your insurance company and ask your insurer about a monitored-alarm discount.

Do I have to replace my alarm system?
Usually not. We inspect the panel and sensors you already have and reprogram them to report to our monitoring station.
Is there a contract?
No. Monitoring is month to month, with no activation fee.
I don’t have an analog landline. Can you still monitor my property?
Yes. We add a cellular unit to your panel, and monitoring is $32.99 a month. With an analog landline it’s $16.99 a month.
What happens when my alarm goes off?
The monitoring station receives the signal right away and dispatches police, fire or medical help as needed, then contacts you.
How does the insurance certificate work?
After your system is connected, we issue a monitoring certificate. You send it to your insurance company, and you may qualify for an insurance discount. Discounts depend on your insurer, so ask your insurer about a monitored-alarm discount.
